Members of the public may request an opportunity to be heard during any regular meeting. Such requests must be in writing, indicating the date of the meeting at which they would like to be heard, the amount of time requested, and clearly outlining the specific topic to be presented. These requests must be submitted to the Chairperson no fewer than 14 days before the date of the scheduled Board meeting. Such requests may be granted or denied at the discretion of the Chairperson or his or her designee, who shall determine the amount of time to be allocated to the requester.
